Welcome to 4TheCity Church!
Here are answers to some FAQs to help you as you plan to visit 4TheCity Church for the first time. We look forward to seeing you!
Where do I park?
The Trinity Church Building offers two parking lots: one behind the church and one across the alley. Street and meter parking are free on Sundays and are available on Euclid Ave, W 4th St, and W 3rd St. Additional parking is available in the Stage Right lot and Social Security Administration Lot. More information available here.
Is there a place for my child?
There are many young families at 4TheCity Church! We encourage family worship and delight in children joining their parents for the worship service.
Kindergarten through 5th grade: Check out our CityKids page to learn more about the fun and safe place your kids will learn about the transforming power of the gospel and see how Jesus is the hero of every story in the Bible and in their lives. Our trained and welcoming CityKids team will be ready to walk your kids to their class after the opening song set. *We celebrate Family Sunday on the last Sunday of each month, and there is no CityKids lesson on those Sundays.
Toddlers: We welcome our littlest family members to join their families during the worship service. We understand that they may get restless, so we have a space for them, too. Parents can take their toddlers downstairs to our playroom if they choose to. A CityKids team member will be happy to show you around.
Infants and nursing mothers: There is a private room located in the back of the Sanctuary to meet the needs of infants and nursing mothers. There is a speaker in that room so you can continue to enjoy and participate in the service.
What is the worship service like?
We open with a three song worship set, prayer, and Scripture reading, followed by the sermon. We then celebrate communion every Sunday with gluten-free bread and juice. Our service closes with prayer and two songs. You can expect the service to last approximately 90 minutes.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code or expectation. Most of our members and regular attenders wear whatever they feel most comfortable in, jeans, and casual clothes. We encourage you to come as you are. You will be accepted and loved!
